In order to reset the SPA2002, complete these steps:
Resetting the SPA2002
Unplug the Ethernet cable attached to the SPA2002.
Access the IVR menu by pressing four asterisk (*) keys on the phone attached to the SPA then press "73738#" option.
Login with "user" when accessing "http://SPA2002-ip-address" and login with "admin" when accessing "http://SPA2002-ip-address/admin/"
Note: Resetting the SPA2002 will erase all the configuration settings. If the SPA2002 is provisioned by service provider, you will not be able to do this, since this function might be protected by password.
