Q. How do I access the setup page of SPA3102?
A.All devices have built-in setup pages that allow the user to customize the settings and set up advanced properties in their devices.
Please note that this article is also applicable for SPA3000. However, in this article, the device used is SPA3102.
Note: Before accessing the SPA3102's set up page, make sure the router is powered on and the computer is wired to the LAN port of the SPA3102.
Accessing the setup page of SPA3102
Step 1:
Open a web browser such as Internet Explorer.Step 2:
Go to the Address bar and enter your SPA's IP Address ("192.168.0.1" is the default IP of SPA3102) then press [Enter].
Note: If the IP address of the SPA3102 has been changed, type the gateway's IP address in the Address bar instead.
By the default, the SPA3102's admin-advanced page will not require the user to enter a password. Depending where the user purchased the SPA3102, the person/company that configured the unit might have put a password on it. Whether the user bought it used or purchased it from a service provider, they were the ones that have the password to the unit.
