NPCL faced a multitude of challenges that demanded a comprehensive network overhaul. Eliminating individual IT workloads and operations was crucial to ensuring consistency, agility, and transparency. Cisco Intersight unified compute, storage, and networking to unlock the full potential of hyperconverged infrastructure. It provided advanced server management with extended visibility, ecosystem integration, and automation of both Cisco and third-party hardware and software, along with multi-domain solutions
By carefully analyzing features and usability, the CX team addressed underutilization of features and optimized returns on investment for NPCL. The Cisco CX team played a pivotal role in unlocking hidden capabilities that were beyond the scope of the initial Statement of Work (SOW), eventually helping enable additional functionalities and facilitating the hyperconvergence journey.
The CX team ensured deep engagement, solution optimization, advocacy, consultancy, and thought leadership, by adopting industry best practices and segment intelligence. This helped increase profitability and enhance operations in the long run.
