With Meraki, adding a new site is as easy as a few clicks to select a template and apply it to the new location.  Network settings, security policies, and connectivity parameters are automatically replicated, ensuring each site is deployed quickly and consistently. In addition to using Webex to streamline calling and collaboration, Beutlhauser appreciates Webex’s API functionality that allows the company to integrate it into other systems, such as SAP and the CRM platform. This makes it easier for users to stay in touch with colleagues and customers from those systems, without having to open a separate application. 

Interoperability was also key. In Germany, Microsoft Teams is deeply embedded in the workplace, and seamless integration ensures employees can join meetings from either platform without barriers. Dedicated Cisco meeting devices provide flexibility in every conference room, enabling smooth participation whether users prefer Teams or Webex.
