It also explains syslogs, alerts, and alarms for the managed services that Service Providers implement in their networks. This document outlines basic concepts including Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) and the features of Cisco Unified Serviceability including Real-Time Monitoring Tool (RTMT).
