If you want to use a third-party certificate authority to issue
SSL certificates, or if Microsoft Certificate Services is already installed,
skip this section.
Do the procedure in this section if you want to use Microsoft
Certificate Services to issue your own certificate and if you want to install
the application on a server running Windows Server 2003.
If you want to install a root certification authority (the
generic term for Microsoft Certificate Services) on a Windows Server 2008
server, refer to the Windows Server 2008 online help.
