Introduction

Cisco BroadWorks enables service providers to offer a comprehensive portfolio of business and consumer communications applications and value-added applications from a common network platform. Cisco BroadWorks delivers communication solutions that integrate video, fax, voice, and email communications for businesses and consumers worldwide whether through IP PBX/Centrex, Mobile PBX, Business Line, Trunking, and consumer solutions.

This document provides a list of all Cisco BroadWorks features up to Release 25.0 and Release Independent releases up to Release 2023.03. Cisco can provide additional information on any of these features upon request.
