The Batch upload feature on SAMT is experiencing loading issues when generating batch reports. We are monitoring this issue closely. For assistance with granting access in bulk, email the completed batch upload file to firstname.lastname@example.org.
When you need technical support from Cisco, you need it fast. The last thing you want is to waste time proving who you are, and that you are entitled to support under your company's service contract. Use SAMT to pre-approve your users for the support they need. Take control to ensure that only authorized users are getting access.
An existing SAMT Admin can onboard a peer administrator using SAMT. This could be someone from your organization, or a partner can onboard someone from one of their end customers to self-administer user access for their end customer contract(s).
