CSR Our People

CSR Our People

Putting people first

Our standing as a global technology leader reflects the passion and commitment of our people. We strive to create a workplace where people can continually grow and explore, and where employees can realize more fulfilling and productive careers. This drives Cisco’s strong performance and allows our people to help change the world for the better.

Promoting diversity

We are committed to maintaining an inclusive and diverse workforce. The more perspectives we can draw on, the better we can solve global challenges. Cisco believes in equal pay for equal work, and is a founding signer of the White House Equal Pay Pledge.

Making a difference

In the recent fiscal year, employee donations and matching funds raised US$12 million for nonprofits. And through Time2Give, thousands of Cisconians took advantage of five paid days off to volunteer for causes that matter to them.
