The network lifecycle refers to the overall phases or stages a network goes through (on an iterative basis) as new hardware and technologies are added to it and it matures.

A customer will go through all the phases of the network lifecycle as they prepare to build or introduce a new framework, plan and design their new network, implement the framework, operate the network, and finally, optimize their networks.
