WSCA Overview
The Western States Contracting Alliance (WSCA) is an alliance among the 15 western states identified above that establishes cooperative buying vehicles for public sector purchasers within those states. The resulting multistate cooperative contracts are open to use by all state purchasers, as well as local governments, K-12 educational institutions and public colleges and universities within those states. Other public sector state and local government entities are eligible to use WSCA contracts with the permission of WSCA. The State of Utah, as the "WSCA Lead State," has established the Cisco WSCA Networking Communications Master Agreement on behalf of all WSCA member states. As a result, all member states are eligible to use this contract by simply executing a state-specific WSCA Participating Addendum with Cisco. Get answers to questions frequently asked about WSCA.
