SCC for Indirect Resellers and Distributors (SMS3) will be unavailable from 10:00 p.m. Saturday November 28 to 4 a.m. Sunday November 29 PT. You may resume the use of the tool after this time. Thank you for your patience.

Attention former users of SCC for Direct Partners (1-Tiers)

The Service Contract Center (SCC) tool has been permanently decommissioned as of midnight PDT on May 30, 2009. From that date on, there will be no more access to the SCC application or to read-only application data which has been available since the tool was retired in February. If you need a copy of a historical quote after this date, you may open a support case. Going forward, please use Cisco Service Contract Center for all quoting, ordering and service contract management requirements. Thank you.
