Cisco UCS C-Series Rack Servers extend Cisco Unified Computing to an industry-standard form factor, reducing TCO and increasing agility. A full range of rack servers address workload challenges with a balance of processing, memory, I/O, and internal storage resources.

UCS rack servers can be managed independently or can be fully integrated with Cisco UCS Manager and Cisco UCS Central, supplying an integrated management process for rack and blade servers inside a single tool. All UCS Servers use leading Intel® Xeon® processors. Cisco UCS with UCS Manager and UCS Central provide:

  • Embedded integration of LAN, SAN, and management
  • Local (and optionally global) server profiles and templates support policy-driven server provisioning
  • Auto-discovery, with automatic recognition and configuration of blades
