The 8800 Phone Series is ideal for a variety of workers and settings throughout your organization. It includes five models to support a wide variety of users. It supports knowledge workers, administrative staff, managers, and executives, as well as those seeking audio conferencing for a conference room within mid-sized businesses to large enterprises.

Key Features to Enhance User Experience

New ergonomic hardware and software have been designed for ease of use and superior quality voice communications. A comprehensive set of Unified Communications features, delivered on-premise and through cloud-based Cisco communications servers, are supported. Third-party call control is also supported on select models.

With Cisco Intelligent Proximity you can share contacts and call history. Even move the audio path of active voice and video calls from your personal mobile device to the 8800 Series for a superior audio experience (8851 and 8861 models).

Charge your personal mobile devices with USB (8851 and 8861 models).

Navigate menus more easily with a five-way navigation wheel. Recognize displayed content simply under a variety of lighting conditions with five-inch, widescreen, backlit, high-resolution displays.

Benefit from more shared lines and custom feature keys like speed dials, beyond those standard with the IP Phone 8800 Series, using optional key expansion modules (KEM). (Available Q3 calendar year 2014 on the 8851 and 8861 models.)

Enjoy hands-free audio communications with 360-degree room coverage for larger executive offices and conference rooms up to 1500 square feet (139 square meters).*

Simplify Your Administration

Enjoy flexible deployment options with the addition of 802.11n and 802.11ac Wi-Fi support for WLAN-enabled campuses on IP Phone 8861. Third-party call control servers are supported with the Cisco Unified IP Conference Phone 8831.

Reduce installation and infrastructure costs by eliminating or reducing the need for local power supplies using 802.3af/at Power over Ethernet (PoE). Reduce multiple cable drops to the desk, while supporting a co-located multi-media PC with Gigabit Ethernet (most models supported)
