Our way of saying thanks to loyal customers

The Cisco Customer Loyalty Program is our way to reward loyal customers for purchasing Cisco products and services. Rewards are based on the amount spent on a customer’s purchases.

How the program works

Ask your account manager if you qualify

Your eligibility is based on a three-year average of $1M in combined products and service purchases.

Get CLCs added to your account quarterly

You are awarded CLCs each quarter—as long as you remain eligible each year. Spend CLCs on a variety of offerings to reward your team and strengthen their expertise.

Maximize benefits with a learning plan

Work with your Trusted Learning Partner or BDM on a customized learning plan to make sure you use CLCs to optimize your investment and before they expire.

Cisco Loyalty Program award tier table

Loyalty customers are awarded CLCs based on three-year average net product and service bookings. Once awarded, CLCs are valid for one year.

The following Cisco Loyalty Program Award Tier Table shows how the amount of bookings correlates to Cisco Learning Credit quarterly and annual awards. Customer tiering is re-evaluated each year during the first quarter of Cisco’s fiscal year to determine tier-level changes.

CLC award schedule

Active accounts will receive awards during the third month of each Cisco fiscal quarter. You can refer to the table below to see planned award distributions for each quarter.
