As a valued influencer and Cisco technologist, we are excited to invite you to Cisco Partner Architect Exchange, a two-day event held on Wednesday, 2 July 2025 and Thursday, 3 July 2025.

This event will provide a forum to exchange ideas and experiences, link our direction and align how we will aim to achieve this vision with our customers.

The format will be two days of workshops with a priority on discussions rather than presentations. We will have a strong focus on cross-architectural use cases and industry insights.

Hotel Accommodation

Cisco will be providing partners who are coming from Interstate with up to 3 nights’ accommodation of Guest Room at Vibe Hotel North Sydney, inclusive of daily breakfast (cost charged to room and covered by master bill), only within the period of 2 - 4 July 2025. Number of eligible nights will be covered by master bill according to the city you are based in / departing from.

Any extension of room nights and any incidentals will be under your own expense and charged onsite to your credit card upon check-in.

All room reservations are to be done via the registration tool, a credit card is needed to confirm your reservation. Please DO NOT make any separate hotel reservation or contact the hotel directly to make changes to your reservation.

Check-In / Check-Out Time

Check-in is from 3:00pm, and check-out is until 11:00am. Complimentary early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and granted solely at the hotel's discretion.

For guaranteed early check-in, it is advisable to pre-block the previous night at full room charge.

Pre/Post Extension Stay

The Cisco special contracted group room rate is 259 AUD per room per night, inclusive of daily breakfast and in-room internet, subject to hotel's availability and confirmation.

You will be able to request for pre/post extension stay via the registration tool. Please do not contact the hotel directly on your own. Upon receiving your request, the events team will check availability with the hotel on your behalf and advise you accordingly.

Once confirmed, any no-show, cancellation or shortening of such pre/post extension stays shall be liable for penalty charges equivalent to 100% of the room charges.
