This preface describes the organization and conventions of the Cisco CIMC Firmware Update Utility User Guide.

Organization

This guide is organized as follows:

Chapter Number	Chapter Title	Description
1	Installing the CIMC Firmware Update Utility	Contains information on installing the Firmware Update binary file on the server.
2	Using the CIMC Firmware Update Utility	Contains information on using the Firmware Update Utility to update the firmware version on servers.
3	Troubleshooting	Contains information on error messages that are displayed and information on troubleshooting problems that might occur while working with the utility.
