With Cisco WebEx Cloud Connected Audio, call routing can be performed on premises with call signaling and audio traffic traversing redundant IP connections. Cisco WebEx Cloud Connected Audio can be combined with WebEx or partner-provided public switched telephone network (PSTN), and all call mixing is done in the WebEx Cloud.

Natively integrated into Cisco WebEx meetings, this audio conferencing service delivers an integrated attendee list, active speaker, mute and unmute participants, video and audio switching, and the abilty to combine telephony, voice over IP, and TelePresence participants in the same meeting. Plus, users get all the dynamic tools of the market-leading WebEx conferencing solution.
