    Cisco announces the end-of-life plans for the Cisco Crosswork Situation Manager Software Version 6.5, 7.0.x, 7.2.x and 7.3.x.

    Starting November 15, 2020 only sev1 and security vulnerability issues will be addressed. Cisco recommends customers to migrate to the latest available release.

    Customers with active service contracts and subscriptions (as applicable) will continue to receive support from the Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) as shown in Table 1 and are eligible to download and upgrade to the latest releases.

After this date, all subscription and support services for the product version are unavailable, and the product version becomes obsolete.
