How to create a Cisco.com account

1 - Click on the people icon in the upper-right corner of the page

2 - Then select "Create an Account" from the drop-down menu

3 - To complete Cisco account registration, your email needs to be verified by following instructions provided within the Registration Verification Email that is sent automatically during registration process. Steps to take:

  • Search for email from noreply@cisco.com with subject "Cisco - Account Activation."
  • Check spam folders and check filters if any applicable.
  • Try registering again with same email address, and there you will have option to click "resend the mail now" to trigger sending a new Registration Verification Email.
  • Clear your web browser's cache, cookies, and history.
  • After above is done, close all your browsers and try again. Please note that supported Cisco.com browsers and versions can be found by clicking on the following link: http://www.cisco.com/web/help/browser.html.
  • If issue is still present, contact support at web-help@cisco.com and include information about browser type(s) and version(s) used.
