There are four major TAC support centers throughout the world, in Brussels, Raleigh, Sydney, and San Jose. These four locations support all Cisco contracted networks and cover over 140 languages.

Among these locations, there are over 1,500 technical support services engineers, of which 450+ are Cisco Certified Internetwork Engineers (CCIEs), the highest level of industry certification attainable.
