Recent Updates to Cisco TAC Service Request Tool

Updates were recently made to the Cisco TAC Service Request Tool (TSRT) to increase functionality. This new functionality reduces the risk of miscommunication by providing you with both a bird’s-eye view into all of your open cases and a way to organize your case research priorities.

Recent updates now allow you to:

  • Bookmark your case searches using the TSRT Query Tool, saving you time and hassle.
  • View the status of all your Service Requests (SRs) including PSIRT, and Product Recall SRs 24x7 using the TSRT.
  • Search for your SRs that are in the “Pending Customer Response” status. These are SRs for which Cisco TAC is awaiting additional information from you.

Note: This tool is available only to registered customers with a valid service contract.
