Problem Description
The security permissions created for the customized Cisco Emergency Responder (CER) Security groups are lost upon upgrading CER 1.1(1) to CER 1.1(2).
Background
The files which generate security permissions are overwritten in the Maintenance Release 1.1(2) install. The CER Maintenance Release 1.1(3) resolves this issue by reinstalling the security permissions.
Problem Symptoms
After installing CER Maintenance Release 1.1(2) on top of CER 1.1(1), the security permissions created for the four custom CER user groups are lost.
Workaround/Solution
Upgrade CER 1.1(2) to CER 1.1(3) to restore the security permissions for the CER access groups and their users.
