You can connect up to eight separate devices to the switch's Gigabit ports, but there's more to the SRW2008 than speed, it also keeps your network secure. No attached device can receive information before it authenticates with the switch, and access levels can be customized in a number of ways.

The SRW2008 also prioritizes dataflow with a variety of traffic-shaping mechanisms. This helps ensure high performance and clarity for heavy-traffic communications like video teleconferencing. The switch also comes with an easy-to-operate web configuration system, which can be accessed and controlled using a standard Internet browser.

• Up to 256 active port- and 802.1Q-based VLANs (4096 range)
