Smart Call Home

Introduction

Gain Higher Availability and Operational Efficiency

Cisco® Smart Call Home is an award-winning, embedded support feature available on a broad range of Cisco products. Smart Call Home enabled devices continuously perform proactive diagnostics on their own components to provide real-time alerts and remediation advice when an issue is detected.

Greater Network Availability

This proactive, support capability is provided at no additional cost when you have an active SMARTnet Service, SP Base, Unified Computing Support Service, or Mission Critical Support Service contract for the designated products. Problems can be identified before they affect your business. Spend less time troubleshooting, experience a speedier resolution to network issues, and gain higher network availability.

  • Real-time trouble shooting, alerts, and remediation advice
