Getting Started

To begin using Smart Call Home:

  1. Download and install the appropriate OS for your device and network using the Supported Products Table for guidance.
  2. Select your product to access the appropriate Quickstart Guide:
    • (Smart Call Home Quick Start Guides for the Cisco 7200 and Catalyst 4500 will be available mid 2009)
  3. Configure your device and Register for Smart Call Home (approximately 30 minutes)

(Both modular and non-modular IOS are supported for Catalyst 6500)
