End-of-Life Announcementfor Cisco Aironet Wireless LAN Antenna Cables
As part of our continuing effort to enhance the Cisco Aironet® product line, Cisco Systems is pleased to announce new, improved wireless LAN antenna cables and the End-of-Life of Cisco Aironet antenna cables as per the descriptions and schedules detailed below. The new cables are the suggested replacements for the discontinued cables.

The new outdoor-rated, low-loss cables have improved insulation and are far less susceptible to water penetration than the previous cables. In addition, the new 100- and 150-foot ultra-low-loss cables now feature 4.4 dB loss per 100 feet, greatly improving the quality of the radio signal and range when applications require expanded cable lengths.
