4xFlexi Line Card End-of-Life Announcement
Overview
Cisco Systems is announcing the End of Life for the ATUC-4-FLX-2, the four-port line card supporting CAP, DMT, and G.lite line-coding methods, as well as the PSC-6120-3=, 6120 basic telephone service (POTS) Splitter Card for the 4xFlexi, and higher, and the following associated 4xFlexi bundles: FLEXBUN-30-STM1-SM, FLEXBUN-05-STM1-SM, FLEXBUN-10, and FLEXBUN-05-E1. Customers are encouraged to participate in the Cisco *Technology Migration Program (TMP) at http://www.cisco.com/offer/tic/TMP_PA.html and migrate to ATUC-8-DMT-1 for continuing digital subscriber line (DSL) roll-outs. The ATUC-8-DMT-1 continues to feature interoperability with Globespan-based customer premises equipment (CPE) while providing higher density.
*Please note that flexi bundles (FLEXBUN-30-STM1-SM, FLEXBUN-05-STM1-SM, FLEXBUN-10, and FLEXBUN-05-E1) are NOT eligible for Cisco TMP.

End of Sales
No hardware will be orderable after this date through Customer Service or Manufacturing.
End of Engineering
Date after which no scheduled features will be developed/added for the product. Maintenance software releases supporting the above hardware will still be available through FSO and CCO for customers under maintenance contract or for CSE support until they reach "End of Life." The customer is highly encouraged to migrate to new IP DSL products available at that time.
End of Life
A minimum of three years following End of Engineering; any issues with software or hardware beyond these dates will not be addressed. The customer will be required to migrate to new Cisco products available at that time.
Date for Discontinuing Renewal of Contracts
Existing service contracts will be honored. New contracts will not be honored beyond end-of-engineering dates.
