Cisco Systems ® is pleased to announce that most of the Cisco ® Unified CallManager 5.0 part numbers have been removed from new-product-hold (NPH) status and are now generally available. You can order Cisco Unified CallManager 5.0 on Cisco.com (click here to order).
To ensure deployment success, please review the Cisco CallManager Compatibility Matrix to verify interoperability of Cisco Unified CallManager with other products you are deploying.
You can obtain physical media for Cisco Unified CallManager 5.0(4) from Cisco.com here. Customers with Software Application Support plus Upgrades (SASU) maintenance contracts can obtain free upgrade media for Cisco Unified CallManager 5.0(4) from the Product Upgrade Tool.
You can download the latest maintenance Release 5.0(4) from the Software Download Center for Cisco Unified CallManager 5.0. This release will allow you to upgrade from earlier versions of Cisco Unified CallManager 5.0. To upgrade from Cisco Unified CallManager 4.0, you will need to obtain the physical media by ordering through normal channels or from the Product Upgrade Tool.
