Today, Cisco has completed the acquisition of NeuralFabric Corp., a privately held enterprise AI platform company headquartered in Seattle, Washington.

NeuralFabric has developed an end-to-end Generative AI platform that leverages an organization’s proprietary data to build and manage domain-specific Small Language Models (SLMs) for enterprise use cases.

NeuralFabric’s platform enables enterprises to train SLMs on confidential and proprietary internal data sources and enables them to choose the training data for each SLM based on specific needs. NeuralFabric’s platform can deploy the resulting models across SaaS and on-premise environments, offering flexibility and increased control for AI workloads.
