In Unified Contact Center Express (Unified CCX) Releases 4.0, 4.1, 6.0, the Backup and Restore System (BARS) utility is used for backing up and restoring data. Unified CCX Releases 4.5 and 5.0 provide a Backup and Restore application that is embedded with the Cisco Unified CCX platform.
