As we evolve the digital platform experience of our partners and customers, we are initiating the phases to decommission PX Cloud and guide partners towards newer and more advanced capabilities. Select features will be retired in the PX Cloud based on usage data and partner feedback from the past 12 months. Partners will maintain access to critical customer data such as CX Cloud view and Insights and Analytics APIs.
