Total number of CER messages from unknown Source-IP peers rejected by application. Following are the options:

• remote_peer_host – Origin-Host of peer

• remote_peer_realm – Origin-Realm of peer

• source_ip – source IP of peer

• local_peer – DRA Endpoint FQDN
