Bias-Free Language
The documentation set for this product strives to use bias-free language. For the purposes of this documentation set, bias-free is defined as language that does not imply discrimination based on age, disability, gender, racial identity, ethnic identity, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, and intersectionality. Exceptions may be present in the documentation due to language that is hardcoded in the user interfaces of the product software, language used based on RFP documentation, or language that is used by a referenced third-party product. Learn more about how Cisco is using Inclusive Language.
Starting from release 6.2.2, Cisco Tidal Enterprise Scheduler (TES) is re-branded to Tidal Workload Automation (TWA). TWA is an automation platform for cross-application and cross-platform operational workloads, batch job scheduling, and application integration. TWA simplifies enterprise-wide job scheduling and automates the way business processes are defined and executed. This highly scalable workload automation solution can manage diverse business processes across a broad set of applications, systems, and environments.
Key Improvements and Compatibility Updates
Tidal Workload Automation 6.2.2 release includes the following feature updates and enhancements:
Feature
Description
Support for Single Sign-On SAML implementation
Provided support for Secure Assertion Markup Language (SAML) to provide single sign-on (SSO) for TWA account using enterprise identity providers such as Active Directory Federation Service (ADFS) and Okta.
On using SAML, a user is automatically verified with the identity provider when they sign in. The user is then allowed to access the TWA applications without being prompted to enter separate login credentials.
For more information, see the Installing the Client Manager chapter in the Tidal Workload Automation Installation and Configuration Guide, Release 6.2.2.
Support for selecting the algorithm type for FTP/SFTP jobs
Provided support to order the algorithm of AES as AES 128 and AES 256 for the SFTP jobs, using Web Client and Java Client.

For more information, see the Users chapter in the Tidal Workload Automation User Guide, Release 6.2.2.
