The "Connected TAC" is a limited time trial for a value added service for customers that hold a Smart Net Total Care or equivalent support contract and have select technologies in their network.
Connected TAC allows customers to leverage digitized Intellectual Capital and expertise from Cisco to proactively identify device issues before they become problems that could significantly impact network performance, availability and security. Customers benefit from faster, automated, proactive problem identification and Cisco recommended remediation resulting in improved business continuity and risk management.
