A Jabber for Windows' popup window appears when no calendar is integrated on machines that run Lotus Notes.
Jabber for Windows supports calendar integration with Microsoft Outlook, Lotus Notes, and Google calendar. This feature can be disabled if you select the None option but this does not work on operating systems with Lotus Notes. The issue is remedied if you add a few lines to the Jabber configuration file.
