Side by Side Shadow Program
Interns aren’t just interns at Cisco – but active members of our team. In the Operations University Program, you’ll also have the opportunity to shadow other employees within Operations to see what their career is like, gain insight into their function, and provide additional networking that will aid in career growth.

We want to know what’s on your mind and think there’s no better way to do so than simply asking! Reoccurring ‘Listen, Learn, Act’ sessions are held so we can hear directly from you. We also have our One Ops 101 training and ‘Grow, Evolve, Move’ (GEM) Program to aid in career growth and coordinate pop-ups, giving back events, and empower hours where we can discuss real-life issues.
