The Customer Experience (CX) organization is a critical function that ensures our customers get the most out of their relationship with Cisco. This is where you will help customers to plan, design, implement, adopt, and operate their networks. We are experts in technologies like core networking, security, wireless, Collaboration, IoT and cloud and we use this expertise every day to benefit our customers. Whether it’s planning and designing a new network, fixing something when it breaks, or supporting operational functions, our trusted customer advisors are always there.
