Welcome to the largest rotational degree apprenticeship in the United Kingdom. This 4-year program offers an individual apprenticeship experience that tailors to your interests, involvement, and goals. Our team is enthusiastic, driven, and focused on your career growth. We will work to develop and coach you through mentoring and regular check-ins.

What can you expect once accepted into the Apprenticeship Program?

Year 1: Induction boot camp, three 3-month rotations, and technical foundation degree modules.

Year 2: Identify your focus, two 6-month rotations, and degree modules linked to professional aspiration.

Year 3: Refine your skills, two 6-month rotations, major project dissertation, and graduation.

Year 4: Align your goals to your future, two 6-month rotations, endpoint assessment, and apprenticeship wrap-up.

Currently, the Apprenticeship Program is located in England, Scotland, and Germany; however, the Apprenticeship Program is expanding to reach a large and more diverse group of applicants than ever before. More countries and regions are being added to the program soon.

As a Cisco apprentice, what will I get to do?

With a Cisco apprenticeship, you get to:

• Be involved with cutting-edge technology as it evolves and develops

• Meet hundreds of Cisco employees, build contacts, work with the best, and learn from the experts

• Partner with international brands to solve business problems and learn to sell those solutions

• And you'll create a strong community, thanks to a brilliant group of current apprentices, mentors, managers, and more – all ready to guide and advise you

What should I expect during the recruitment and interview process?

This process helps us get to know you, and for you to learn about our people, culture, and business. We'll evaluate your skills and experience against our current business needs. We'll ask you about your academic and work experience, and you can ask questions, too. Be prepared to tell about your achievements and the value you could bring to Cisco.
