Ideally, a Cisco partner organization should be logging in to PMC monthly to download and analyze their metrics. The partner can use the data provided by PMC to proactively make changes to their business in order to meet their targets. Partners can also use this data to assist their business planning and activities to meet their business goals.
Another way a partner can use PMC is to generate service sales opportunities. You will learn more about that in the next module.
