How Partners Use Performance Metrics Central

Partners can go to PMC to find out how many service contracts they have sold, find out what their customer satisfaction rating is, or whether they are meeting their eligibility thresholds for various Cisco programs and promotions. PMC can only be beneficial if the partners are reviewing their performance metrics regularly to understand how well their services business is running in relation to the Cisco metrics that it tracks progress for.
