Instructions for Associating Service Contracts with Profile


Is contract associated to your Cisco.com profile?
Verify service coverage in Cisco Service Contract Center (CSCC)

Section A: Is contract associated to your Cisco.com profile?

It is important to associate all your service contracts with your Cisco.com profile in order for you to receive complete access to support and services from Cisco. Please follow the steps below to ensure contract coverage on your Cisco.com profile.


IMPORTANT: If you are not able to access any of the links below, please contact your authorized Cisco partner or reseller, your Cisco account representative, or the individual in your company who manages Cisco service agreement information.


Step 1: Visit the Cisco.com Profile Manager to view a list of service contracts that are currently associated with your Cisco.com profile


  • • If you have a service contract that does not show in the list that you believe is associated with the software you would like to download, please proceed to Step 2 to add the service contract to your Cisco.com profile.
  • • If the service contract you would like to use does appear in the list, please verify that the product in question is covered by the contract listed, and that the coverage is up to date (go to Section B).

Step 2: Request additional service contracts be associated to your Cisco.com profile


  • • Select 'Additional Access' tab.
  • • Select 'Obtain access to additional service contracts'.
  • • Enter service contracts number(s) in the space provided and click on the 'Submit' button.
  • • You will receive notification via email that the service contract associations have been completed. Service contract association can take up to 6 hours to complete.
Section B: Verify service coverage in Cisco Service Contract Center (CSCC)

IMPORTANT: If you are not able to access any area in CSCC, please contact your authorized Cisco partner or reseller, your Cisco account representative, the individual in your company who manages Cisco service agreement information, or open a case with the Service Support Center.


Step 1: View a list of your service contracts in the Cisco Service Contract Center (CSCC)


  • • Look up contract

    • o Under “Contracts” tab, select “Contract Manager”
    • o Next to “Search CSCC” (“Select Search Capability”), select “Contract Number”, enter the contract number and click on “Go”

  • • Look up product(s) on contract


    • o Click on the contract link displayed
    • o On contract screen, click on “Line Items” to see products contained in the contract.

Step 2: Add products to existing service contracts


If you wish to


  • • add products to your existing service contracts, or
  • • create a new service contract,
