MP Server - Cisco MeetingPlace Server 8100 Series |
Version 5.2.1.5 and later |
Problem Description
The Cisco MeetingPlace server has always allowed a user to press just the "0" key to outdial to the operator, even though the documented way is "#0". This has been known to cause an issue when there is a talk off condition, where a "0" is detected as a result of a voice, and a user is redirected to the operator in the middle of a meeting.
Problem Symptoms
User gets redirected to the operator in the middle of a meeting.
Workaround/Solution
Cisco MeetingPlace Server version 5.2.1.5 has removed the undocumented feature which allow the user to outdial by simply pressing "0". As documented, the user must now press "#0" to reach the operator while in a meeting.
