Problem Description
Not able to use the "CALL ME" feature from the Cisco MeetingPlace Web interface and consistently received the following alarm:
10/03 16:04:02 MIN 0x900fc 0/3, "cpmidstatemachine.c", 2483 (0x3, 0, 0xc, 0x7f20)
()Failed timer AddRequest, port=3,fConf=0,err=c
ALL T1 PRI servers should have this hot fix applied.
Problem Symptoms
Meeting attendee cannot outdial.
Workaround/Solution
WORKAROUND:
None
SOLUTION:
A cpserver hot fix is available for 4.3.1g, 5.0.2ab and 5.1.1e. Contact the Cisco MeetingPlace Technical Assistance Center to apply this hot fix.
