Problem Description
If a user does not hang up after finishing a call transferred to the operator (before he joins a meeting), the call will remain connected to the Cisco MeetingPlace server.
Problem Symptoms
If a call comes in through an 800 number, a telephone charge may be incurred due to the user not hanging up.
Workaround/Solution
WORKAROUND:
None
SOLUTION:
A vui hot fix for 5.0.2ab and 5.1.1d implements a 30-minute timeout to disconnect any call in a single party outdial. Contact the Cisco Technical Assistance Center to apply this hot fix.
