Problem Description

When a weekday recurring meeting is scheduled using Cisco MeetingPlace Web, and the number of days specified is not on a weekly boundary, the "Recurring meeting ending" notification is not sent out at the expected configured time.

Problem Symptoms

Scheduler will receive the "Recurring meeting ending" notification earlier than expected.

Workaround/Solution

WORKAROUND:

Schedule a Weekday recurring meeting on a weekly interval (5, 10, 15c days). Use Cisco MeetingTime to schedule the meeting where it would only allow specification via a weekly interval.

SOLUTION:

A ConfSchd hot fix is available in 4.3.1e and 5.1.1c. Contact the Cisco MeetingPlace Technical Assistance Center to apply this hot fix.
