Problem Description
Meeting does not start at the "Early meeting start" time when it was scheduled using Cisco MeetingPlace Web. Users will not be able to attend the meeting until 5 minutes later. For example, if the "Early meeting start" is set to 15 minutes, and the meeting was scheduled to starts at 10:00am, then, if conference ports are available, a user should be able to attend the meeting at 9:45. With this problem, the user could not attend until 9:50 AM.
Problem Symptoms
Users will not be able to attend a meeting as early as specified by the "Early meeting start" time.
Workaround/Solution
WORKAROUND:
Increase the "Early Meeting start" time by 5 minutes.
SOLUTION:
A ConfSchd and cs-db(Network System only) hot fix is available in 4.3.1e. Contact the Cisco MeetingPlace Technical Assistance Center to apply this hot fix.
