Problem Description
A technician may not realize that a Reserve all ports (RAP) maintenance meeting is in effect and try to isolate a non-existing problem that caused the system to not answer any call.
A hot fix is available in 5.1.0ae and above that will generate the following alarm if a RAP meeting is in effect after a restart:

Reserve All Ports maintenance mtg still in effect. End meeting to free ports.
Problem Symptoms
Down time could be longer because an incorrect issue was determined.
Workaround/Solution
WORKAROUND:
None
RESOLUTION:
A 5.1.0 ConfSchd and exformat hot fix is available in hot fix version 5.1.0ae and above.
