Problem Description
Cisco MeetingPlace Server 8112 restarted because "db" module is not responding. The following alarm can be viewed in the errorlog before the restart:
06/14 21:19:04 MAJ 0x70041 0/2, "siupdown.cc", 216 (0x9, 0, 0, 0)
Restarting due to software module failure, module = 9
Errors from cmtimer.cc in the cmalt.log will be present, just before the restart:

All 5.1.0 servers with 5.1.0aa or below "db module" should apply 5.1.0ae db hot fix.
Problem Symptoms
When the server restarts, all meeting attendees will be disconnected.
Workaround/Solution
WORKAROUND:
None.
RESOLUTION:
Apply the 5.1.0ae db hot fix.
