Problem Description
Scheduling option is missing from the voice user interface when there is no recording license.
Problem Symptoms
Servers without a recording license will not allow a meeting to be scheduled through the voice user interface.
Workaround/Solution
WORKAROUND:
Schedule using Cisco MeetingTime or Cisco MeetingPlace Web.
RESOLUTION:
A hot fix for 5.1.0 vui is available in hot fix release 5.1.1c and above. Hot fix for 5.0.2 vui is available in hot fix release 5.0.2aa and above.
