Problem Description

A duplicate record error is given when attempting to add a meeting category. This is caused by the "mpconvert init" procedure keeping the meeting category record.

Apply the corresponding mpconvert and convpci hot fix before proceeding with a conversion (before running mpconvert init).

Problem Symptoms

Customer will not be able to add meeting category after a conversion.

Workaround/Solution

WORKAROUND:

None

SOLUTION:

A hot fix for 5.1.0 mpconvert and convpci modules is available in hot fix release 5.1.0ad and above. Hot fix for 5.0.2 mpconvert and convpci modules is available on hot fix release 5.0.2x and above.
